From my first year at the company, I have been in charge of new introduction sales for “Rakuten Point Card,” “Rakuten Pay,” and “Rakuten Edy.” I negotiate with management of well-known companies such as major home centers, department stores, commercial facilities, apparel brands, and restaurant chains, proposing the introduction of our services.
What I emphasize is grasping the core issues of our clients and conveying the significance of introducing our services. Rakuten offers a diverse range of services. We also have the strength to provide new user acquisition and continuous communication with users through marketing services utilizing data from over 100 million user IDs. Collaborating with clients to solve management challenges by leveraging these unique Rakuten strengths is also a great source of satisfaction.
