Current Role
I am in charge of customer development marketing for the “Rakuten Pay” app. The app is equipped with various functions such as ”Rakuten Cash” and “Rakuten Points.” My role is to emphasize the customer experience and provide functions that we want to promote to users in a more understandable and user-friendly way, creating a world within the app where users choose functions according to the situation and use them as needed. To enable users to utilize various functions through the app, I promote customer development measures by providing experiences tailored to users in both the short and medium to long term.
Since my 6th year at the company, I have also been engaged in duties as a Vice Manager. My section has about 10 members, and many members are working on multiple projects. Since members smoothly progressing projects leads to stable operation, managing projects and supporting members are among my important missions.
