Cafeteria
Rakuten wants all employees to eat from the same pot. This started Rakuten's cafeteria. To maintain employees' health and to promote communication, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served for free.

For each of the employees to maximize their ability to contribute to society, all of us must understand the current state of the company, directions, trend of the world and the latest technology.
To promote this., Asakai is held for all group memebers each week. Asakai aims to share business progress, success examples, cross company marketing measures and technology trends. Rakuten Payment holds own Asakai that focuses on our business and share detailed information each month. -
Success holiday
Rakuten Payment has success holiday system. We grant 3 days worth of success holidays in addition to normal paid leave. If combined with 2 days worth of paid leave, employees can take up to 9-11 day vacation for refreshment.

Our unique mentorship guides employees by listening to work related issues. We support open communication to maintain motivations and employees can work with reassurance.

Clean up
Same as Asakai, cleaning around the desks each week is Rakuten's culture since foundation. This aims to grow sense of ownership. In our company, there is nothing that is totally unrelated to you. Furthermore, all employees with all ranks share the same choirs to understand we are all part of the same team.
